Terms of Service

By accessing or using DraftForger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.

DraftForger is a cold email outreach platform. You may use it to: • Create and send email campaigns to contacts who have not opted out • Connect and manage sending mailboxes • Build and import contact lists • Use AI-assisted email drafting You may not use DraftForger to send spam, phishing emails, or any communication that violates applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact every recipient in your campaigns.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DraftForger is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You must immediately notify us of any security breach at support@draftforger.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use DraftForger.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary consents, permissions, and lawful bases before contacting any recipient through DraftForger. This includes compliance with: • CAN-SPAM Act (United States) — physical postal address, accurate headers, working unsubscribe mechanism • GDPR (European Union) — explicit consent or legitimate interest, right to erasure, data portability • CASL (Canada) — express or implied consent, sender identification, working unsubscribe • Any other applicable anti-spam, privacy, or electronic communication laws in your jurisdiction DraftForger provides tools to assist with compliance (unsubscribe links, physical address auto-append, suppression lists), but these do not transfer legal responsibility from you to DraftForger. You acknowledge that you — not DraftForger — bear full legal liability for any emails sent through your account, including any regulatory fines, penalties, or legal claims that may arise from non-compliant sending practices. By importing contacts or creating campaigns, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to email every recipient in your contact lists.

DraftForger sends emails through mailboxes you connect to our platform. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your account and for compliance with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that your sending practices are harming the deliverability or reputation of our platform or other users.

DraftForger and its underlying technology, branding, and interface are the intellectual property of DraftForger. You retain ownership of all content you create — your drafts, contact data, and campaign content. By using AI-assisted drafting, you grant Anthropic permission to process your prompts and AI context as described in their terms of service. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced through our platform.

DraftForger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails sent through the platform will be delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftForger's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of DraftForger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DraftForger is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
